While we firmly believe that any day is a good day to buy some diamonds (hell, yes!), there are some key occasions that often leave us desperate for a gift that is sentimental, classic and will last a lifetime.

First thing's first, when deciding on jewellery gift ask yourself these few questions:

1.) How much do I want to spend?

I know the heart wants what it wants, but it will make your life much easier to know how much you want to spend on a jewellery gift from the onset. At CamiRocks, we are always mindful of creating pieces that suit all budgets, ensuring maximum value across our range.

Top Tip: pieces that are big in diamond size or chunky in gold weight will cost more than the daintier pieces. Most of the CamiRocks Fine Jewellery pieces come in 9kt or 18kt Gold - if you are watching your budget, the 9kt gold option is your go to. 

2.) What type of jewellery piece do you want to gift them? 

Is it a ring? A necklace? A Bracelet? A pair of earrings?

All CamiRocks Fine Jewellery Pieces are custom made, therefore if you are gifting a ring, it is important to know the ring size. You can use the CamiRocks Ring Sizer Guide which can be used with an existing ring to establish ring size.  

Top Tip: If you are unsure of sizing, it may be easier to gift a necklace, a bracelet, or a pair earrings. Alternatively, order your adjustable ring sizer here for R100.

3.) What colour gold do they usually wear?

Almost all of our fine jewellery pieces are available in White Gold, Yellow Gold or Rose Gold. Have a look at what colour jewellery the person you are gifting usually wears. In most instances you will want to stick to their gold colour preference so that they can wear your gift in conjunction with their other jewellery.

 4.) How much time do I have?

Like all good things, CamiRocks Fine Jewellery pieces are custom made and therefore require a lead time of up to 21 working days.
