Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy should the item purchased be materially defective or not what had originally been ordered, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The item must be returned within 7 days of giving us notice of your intention to do so. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange/return if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused.

In the unlikely event that the item turns out to be materially defective or different from that which the customer ordered, we will undertake to repair or replace the item free of charge or refund the item in full. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@camirocks.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Items that are not packaged adequately and/or are returned with missing paperwork or product(s) will not be accepted and processed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as items with initials and or names, custom sizing options, birth signs, gift cards, deposits on custom pieces, special orders or personalized items)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you return your order and exchange it for another item, the second item will be non-returnable (unless the reason for returning is a manufacturing issue).


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. 

Upon receiving your returned item in its original condition, the item(s) will be weighed and checked against its corresponding grading certificate (where applicable) and our quality assurance experts will evaluate the jewelry piece.

If you are returning the products to us because they are materially defective, we will refund the price of the purchase in full.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing info@camirocks.co.za. All cancellations are subject to merchant processing fees.
