We have a 7-day return policy should the item purchased be materially defective or not what had originally been ordered, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The item must be returned within 7 days of giving us notice of your intention to do so. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange/return if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused.

If there is a manufacturing defect upon receipt of your order, please email info@camirocks.co.za within 7 days days of delivery for a replacement.

Each CamiRocks piece is custom made and therefore require 3 weeks for production. Each product will list the expected production time to give you a clear indication of when you can expect delivery of your new CamiRocks custom piece. 

Ask and ye shall possibly receive - if you require a rushed order, please email info@camirocks.co.za to see if your order can be expedited or not. 

Please remember to allow for shipping time over and above the specified order production times.

Shipping is complimentary across South Africa. You will receive an email with the relevant tracking information once your order is complete. Signaure is required on parcel delivery.
